Naghi Naghashian was born in Tehran. After completing secondary school in Tehran, Iran, he studied illustration and book design at the College of Design (HfG) in Offenbach. Prizewinner of the Art Prize of the City of Offenbach. Afterwards work as art director in advertising agencies in Germany, Switzerland and England. Freelance graphic designer with focus on illustration and branding for leading branded goods manufacturers in Europe. Theoretical work in the field of color theory. Research on passive perception of colors and after image phenomena. Characteristics and qualities one can see here in this early 1965 woodcut work.
